These Terms govern use of www.the-soft-space.co.in and purchases from The Soft Space, a trade name operated by Ronit Choudhary, an individual carrying on business from Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400104, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT US
The Soft Space sells scented candles and may later introduce related home-fragrance and home-decor products. Support: thesoftspace.co.in@gmail.com and +91 84518 67711. We currently deliver within India unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
Eligibility and Product Details
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering a contract. Customers under 18 may purchase only with a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details and review product, size, fragrance, quantity and personalisation choices before ordering.
3. PRODUCTS
We aim to describe products accurately. Our handmade candles use 100% soy wax. Minor differences in colour, wax appearance, finish, texture or fragrance perception may occur and are not normally defects. Fragrance preference is subjective. Candles are home-fragrance products, not medical or therapeutic products. Applicable manufacturer, packer, marketer, net quantity, MRP, origin and consumer-care declarations will appear online and/or on packaging as required by law.
4. PRICES AND PROMOTIONS
Prices are in Indian rupees. The final product price, delivery charge and applicable taxes are shown before payment. We may change future prices and temporary sale prices. Coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated. Promotions may be corrected for genuine error, fraud or misuse while preserving consumer rights.
Orders, Payments and Shipping Details
5. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed after successful payment and our confirmation, subject to stock and delivery.
6. PAYMENTS
Razorpay may process cards, UPI and other supported methods. COD, when offered, carries an additional ₹99.
7. SHIPPING
Shipping is ₹99 below ₹799 and free at ₹799 or above. Orders usually dispatch in 3–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days.
8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation may be requested within 24 hours but is unavailable after production begins.
9. PERSONALISATION
Custom orders require written confirmation.
10. ACCOUNTS AND REVIEWS
You are responsible for account credentials. Reviews must be genuine.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content belongs to The Soft Space.
12. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for indirect loss not reasonably foreseeable.
13. PRIVACY
Data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
14. CHANGES
We may update these Terms for future use.
15. LAW
Indian law applies. Mumbai courts have jurisdiction.
