Gifting, Personalisation & Bulk Order Terms

AVAILABILITY — Personalisation, custom packaging, branded gifting and bulk quantities are offered only when confirmed by The Soft Space in writing. Availability, minimum quantity, price and lead time are assessed case by case.
ENQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS — Customers should provide quantity, products, sizes, fragrances, personalisation, packaging, delivery locations and required date. A quotation is not a confirmed order and is valid only for its stated period.
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT — A custom or bulk order is confirmed only after final written approval, receipt of the required advance or full payment, and our written confirmation. COD is unavailable unless expressly agreed. An advance becomes non-refundable after materials, packaging, design, personalisation or production are committed, except where we cannot fulfil or law requires otherwise.
CUSTOMER APPROVALS — The customer must approve names, spellings, dates, logos, colours, quantities, fragrances, packaging and delivery details. Once approved and production begins, changes may be refused or charged.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — The customer confirms they own or have permission to use supplied logos, artwork, names and photographs. Our templates, packaging systems, photographs and original creative work remain ours or our licensors’ as applicable.
SAMPLES — Samples, mock-ups or prototypes may be chargeable.
LEAD TIMES AND DELIVERY — Lead time begins only after final approval and required payment. Customer delays or changed specifications may extend it. Courier delays and events outside our control may extend estimates.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION — Any permitted cancellation, reduction or change requires written agreement and payment for completed work, committed materials, non-recoverable services and reasonable costs.
DAMAGE AND SHORTAGES — Inspect bulk deliveries promptly. Report visible damage, shortage or incorrect items within the quotation period or, if none is stated, within 24 hours, with photos, affected quantities and packaging evidence. Remedies may include replacement, completing a shortage, refund for affected units or another agreed solution.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PORTFOLIO USE — Confidentiality applies where agreed in writing before sharing information. We will seek permission before using identifiable customer names, logos, personalised products or order photos in advertising, social media or a public portfolio.
